I have made an order of cosmetic products wiht this company. I made the payment as told but did'nt receive my package. They send me the tracking code EE271300975CN by the company EMS, but i steel have not received anything. I can not contact anyone from the company, it seems like they vanished!!
Can somebody please help me or tell me what too do?
