I ordered a pair of Uggs from www.uggkickse.com. The website says their merchandise is absolutely authentic. I paid with my credit card. The product I received came from Xingren Co. Ltd, via EMS mail.

The product I recieved is clearly a counterfeit Ugg product. There is noticeable glue, and sloppy stitching which attaches the rear Ugg tag to the back of the boot. I have brought it to a authorized Ugg dealer and they have verified the product is counterfeit.

Their return policy charges a ridiculous 25% restocking fee and additional $30.00 fee for returns. It will cost me $50.00 to return the FAKE UGGS BOOTS. I also already informed my credit card that I dispute this charge.
