Purchased RegDefense by Xionix LLC, Orem, UT a year ago. It promptly corrupted my registry requiring a clean install and much lost data. Attempts to contact Xionix Customer Service by email and snail mail (at least 10 attempts over 30 day period) went unaswered. I simply gave up. Today I discovered I am being charged $19.95 for an annual Auto-renewal. What gall on this company's part. I was able to finally track down a Xionix phone number (801--854--1002) and spoke with a live person. "No, we can't return any of your original purchase money, it's been too long, but we could stop the Auto-renewal." When asked for a confirmation number, I was told an email would be arriving within a few minutes. Well, it's now well over 6 hours and NO email. I am in the process of filing a merchant dispute with my bank. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I give them 5 stars however for designing registry-corrupting software. They should rename the product "RegDestroy". BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY & PRODUCTS !
