I tried to cancel my order immediately after placing because I called their customer service number to ask the terms which were not listed on the website or order form I decided I was not going to Pay $87.00 a month. Also this was supposed to be a free trial and it was not. They then told me to call back the next day because my order was not yet in the system. BS!!! When I called back today I was Asked in fifty different ways not to cancel.. Then I was sent a "Cancellation Submission Form" that had very threatening language in it. I filled it out an then sent an e-mail to customer service telling them that I did not want to be charged for the "free trial". I feel like this is going to be a real problem. I should have known better but they need to be sued in a class action suit after reading all the complaints. I will update when I get my Statement. Terry Porter
