A charge appeared on my bank statement. I called the toll free number, they would not tellme what the product was, they would not reverse the charge. I was not given a supervisor, the girl I talked to "KAY" said she would hang up on me and I could call back. Very rude, no idea of what I was to have ordered or gotten...so I cancelled my card and reported fraud.
