I have been a customer with XM for years. I have two radios on my account and pay the bill every six months.

For some reason recently, I have been getting calls from their collection department despite the facts that I paid the bill electronically. I return the so called collection calls and the representative tells me that the bill is paid.

Can someone explain why then I continue to get the calls. I am still getting the service but the continued calls are annoying. I received a call once from someone who didn't even speak English.

The company representatives advise they are located in Burmuda. What!!!
