Website numbers invalid for cancellation. Credit card charged $87.37. Comes up on credit card billing as SII. Bank contacted and the charging company also shows the same invalid phone number. Finally found company name and valid number searching this complaint site. Once reached company(xmbrands in hollywood, florida), promised email confirmations of cancellations never received in the "24 - 48" hour time period. Followed up in 3 days, again being promised a "24 - 48 hour" period and I would receive email confirm. I have checked spam folders, it never came. However, they do show I am "cancelled" in their system, but noone can send me confirmation by mail or send something immediately confirming this. I have asked today that they send that "confirmation" to 2 email addresses. Again, being promised I will receive something in "24 - 48 hours". <br />

In regard to the unauthorized charge, one supervisor promised complete refund of charges to my account. 8 days later in follow up (after mailing back the product), next supervisor said no full refund - that i will be "charged a 45% restocking fee" once product received. I know it has been received as I tracked it UPS. I cannot get anyone to send me anything in writing. Obviously their email 24 - 48 hour system doesn't work. <br />

Is there any class action lawsuit being filed against this company? I see SEVERAL complaints that they are unreachable for cancellation requests, refunds, etc. I have cancelled my credit card. I am going to continue to pursue and get legal action as necessary if they do not give me a full refund. Definitely a SCAM!!!
