Got back two shirts from dry-cleaning, both with slashes in the left hand sleeve. It was in the same spot of both shirts. When I went to the company to complain they said it was not their issue. They said that it happened sometimes and was not their responsibility. When I asked if they were a member of the BBB, they said it was none of my business. Given their attitude and their of respect for the garments they are supposed to be cleaning, I hope other people will think twice before taking their clothing there... especially if you want them back in better condition.
