I ordered 2 Pitney Bowes ink cartridges for my postal machine on May 28, 2010. The order was placed and shipped from Montreal the same day and arrived at the Richmond, BC sorting facility on June 3, 2010. I still have not received the parcel. I contacted Canada Post and asked for the number of the Sorting Facility in Richmond, this info is not available. The Customer service fellow told me that on June 8, 2010 an investigation will be launched starting with the mailing company?! even though Canada Post knows that the parcel is lost in the Richmond sorting facility! I won't be using XPress Post again.
