On Friday I placed an order for the Xpress Redi-Set-Go Cooker, I only needed one as I only have one kitchen; but if you want to send a free one go ahead. You will receive a 2nd cooker free plus all of these extra's for two easy payments of $19.95. Ok $40.00 for two cookers, recipes and extra pans. Recipes are included so when it asked do you want the recipes, I said yes. Final screen $19.90 for recipes, $34.85 in shipping & 39.90 for the cookers. The two payment thing, your 2nd payment is not 1/2 of the total; no you pay everything upfront except $19.95 for the 2nd cooker you pay the following month. So I am baffled after seeing this total and call customer service, which they tell me I am not in the system yet and she would flag the order for a return call before they ship the product. No call, no answer to emails. I called 3 days after the order because my account was charge $64.75 to find out they have not shipped the order and will credit back my card in 5 business days. This is truly a rip, wait until it hits stores.
