I left my necklace in the spa after a treatment, when i arrived back in London i phone numerous times to the spa and they said they would send the necklace. They never did.
I gave all my contact details and they never got in touch with me! That necjlace was very personal to me and i am so upset they havent sent it or been in touch with me.
