The coaching they offer is actually a ploy to milk your company of money with ZERO return. You know how consultants are, if they don't know the answer, there is plenty of money to be made in prolonging the problem. Their head "coach" is shallow and kind creepy as he still blogs anonomously about a company he only worked at for 2 months...looser!!
