In May of 2008 I loaned Xsoul International $20, 000 at a rate of 8% per annum to be repaid by the end of October 2008. Sumit Khanna made one payment of $500 in July of 2008 and made countless promises to repay the remainder. As of February 2009 no other payments have been received.
