My husband ordered their trial package for .97. We recieved it in the mail on Saturday. On Monday morning, Biotab took over 80.00 out of my checking account after 2 days. This of course put me into an insufficient amount, causing me to have a total of $140.00 in overdraft charges because of the company. When I phoned them and explained the situation; I was told it is not their fault that I can't manage my checking account. I sent one package back on March 28, and the second package on March 30. Here we sit on April 5th and I still have not gotten a refund of any amount. They state in their agreement that they do the refund in a timely fashion. I don't think so. I will let anyone I know about these theives.
