The "free trial" arrived, for which I gave credit card details to cover shipping and handling. I do not like the product and wish to cancel it, but it now arrives with NO packing slip, or contact details of the company. I wish to cancel, but have no way to do so. I guess I'll just have to shut down the credit card!

This company makes it impossible to cancel your order after you receive your free trial. Here is the number to call 888-568-1723 to cancel. They have no contact us info on their website and when you try to send an email it always fails and never goes through. Then when you use their website you ordered on which has a convenient cancel your order here button it does not work and they don't cancel the order even thought you get a confirmation message saying your has been canceled. The next time you try to cancel on this very website you get a similar message saying your order has already been canceled but you continue to receive product.
