I made a reservation at the Yatel Motel for the first weekend in July. I was informed when making the reservation that they had a 48 hour cancellation policy. I became sick and couldn't make the trip so I called 54 hours ahead of time to cancel. I spoke to a man who took my cancellation and when I asked if If there was anything else I needed to do, he said no. Much to my surprise they debited my checking account for $69.12. When I protested the charge with my bank - they said that if I had canceled, I would have a cancellation number. But he never gave me one(on purpose?) These people are crooks. Don't stay at the Ya-tel Motel
