Yamaha in India has the Worst dealership and worst service.

I have given my bike where the side stand and front alloy wheel has to be changed by the service dealers called Raj Yamaha in Chennai on 30.03.2010. Till today (05.05.2010) they have not done the job which is 35 days. A changing of parts could take at the max, a week but doing a service for like 35 days!! In what era are the Yamaha service people in?! Till they are getting the spare wheel. At this rate the name for Yamaha motor is going to be ruined in India. I Want this complaint to be taken serious and I urge Yamaha motors to take severe action against Raj Yamaha Dealerships. This is not the first time though, last monthly service was taken seven days to be done whereas in other service center they do it in a single day. This is my last complaint if I'm not even getting my bike by 7.5.2010 my last resort will be filing a consumer case against Yamaha Motors India and it dealer Raj Yamaha, Chennai.
