Trip was booked for my son and future wife for honeymoon. Received e-mail to call asap due to a flight change. Tried off and on for 3 weeks to reach someone, put on hold and then hung up on. 2/13/11 finally reached someone from India and the person kept me on hold, checking with the Airline for flights to accomidate me. He then confirmed a change with the Airline that I did not agree too. I was told that if I changed again I would have to pay. I was transferred to supervisor(from India) and was told I agreed, I advised I most certainly did not and finaly my husband took over the call and was transferred to agent in the US. Which after 2 more hours nothing resolved, was told since this was a weekend, no one was there to handle( this was after offering the orginal flight that we were told was unavailable). the agent took 20 -30 minutes to find a phone # for us to call on Monday 2-14. Well no surprise I have called 5 times and put on hold and then after several minutes- disconnected. I would like to talk with some in the US that has authority to handle this problem and fix it with out a 4 hour wait with no resolution... I have booked trips thru other agencies and have never in my life experienced anything like this. Please help!
