I have a retail store and Yakov and Son Refrigeration were hired to repair the fridge and freezer. They were referred to me by someone who had used them in the past. All I can say is it was the worst job I have ever had done. My fridge used to sit on 38 degrees and was told to get it down a few degrees and the health department would accept this then. Mr. Yakov did his work and ever since the fridge fluctuates from 20-40degrees. When I asked him to fix it properly, he replied with, "it is not my problem". At the same time he was asked to repair the freezer. He tried to fix it and said he needed a part. He was paid for the job and never returned. I phoned him numerous times to come and fix it and he would not even answer the phone. I took him to small claims court and got judgement against him for $327.00 He has not even paid the judgement that was awarded to me.
