I bought a laptop charger and battery pack from Yall stores, via ebay. After a couple of months the charger packed up. It turned out to be a faulty lead, which I replaced at my expense. A further month down the line the Battery needed an overnight charge to supply 30 minutes power. I complained. Yall stores said it could not find my order, despite giving them the PayPal receipt no. Another month and the charger will now not provide sufficient power to run the Computer and charge the battery at the same time. Less than 4 months use and both Items are ready for the garbage bin. Yall stores do not want to know. A total rip off company
