This church received a fax denoting free submission to google. However, on five or more occasions the approving authority returned documents stating to discontinue sending any more faxes for this service. The office help signed a document thinking that it was for free phone listing and now the Yellow Page Marketing B.V. out of the Netherlands is attempting to coerce payment of $1068 for this service. Apparently this practice has also gone on in Massachusetts. Our legal counsel has advised us to write complaints to the various government agencies, FTC, BBB Dept of Commerce, etc. We have, and we will continue with complaints until this company stops.
