They told me i could cancel and that they would call before they started my campaign.
They never called i never really knew what i was getting untill i talked with them two months
after the ad was up. turns out what they gave something i already do for myself and that is search
marketing with yahoo google and msn i pay $60 a month and get way better results doing it myself.
I explained what i do for my advertising already and what i wanted from them to the sales agent then I
trusted they would know what would work for me turns out they are over charging me for something
i told them in the beginning i already have. Now i have been calling and they have been promising me for
a month that a maneger would call me back but no calls. One lady told me they dont have managers.
Sales says customer service can help and they say its the responsibility of sales. All i wanted
in the first place was an ad in the print directory and now they want over $3, 000 a year to list me
with search engines its insane.
