This company is terrible: they have charged my credit card 2 years in a row for useless advertising without contacting us for authorisation to renew and charge the card.
When we call them, the reception says that no-one is available, so we leave messages and surprise surprise no-one calls back. When we finally lost our cool and asked to speak to a manager, again she said no-one was available
