Sandy Hutchens used his connections in the York Regional Police via his close "personal" friend Rabbi Mendel Kaplan (with $$$ to his synagogue) to stay out of jail. Sandy Hutchens is also close personal friends with District 2 Inspector Graeme Turl and many police officers and high rank politicians have attended his "charity events" (further scams).
