i saw this on a tv ad. i advertised the yoshiblade for 19.99 and 9.99 shipping and handling. plus a second order free just pay shipping and handling. well i order it and got a bill for $75.36. i called the customer service to find out why i was charged 33.96 for shipping and handeling, she told me that i was receiving 4 sets of knifes. i told her that i only wanted one order and one free. she said that they charged me for a second set without me knowing. i told her what in the hell will i do with 4 sets. they did not confirm my order when i placed it, did not show order, shipping and handling and total amount. all i received was my order was placed, and a notice that my order was shipped. on the invoice it showed quanity 2 for 19.99, five dollars discount, shipping and handling 33.96 and tax 6.38. they did not show the second order that i supposed to have made. this is a total RIPOFF. i asked the customer service how i could get my money back. she said just refuse the package and not to open it and send it back. she said no charge but i have a feeling that am going to end up paying. this is the first time that i ordered on line that had hidden charges. DO NOT BUY YOSHIBLADE AS SEEN ON TV. BIG RIPOFF.
