Reservation confirmationNPOSSV 7/20/09 Booking # 2612949 My disabled friend was put out over 12 hours without even the offer of a motel room. Wheelchair assistance was already reserved and we (the friends who took her and helped with her getting a ticket50 miles away and are both disabled. I have flied numerous times in my life and anytime my flight was delayed 2 or more hours I was given a free flight. I hope my friend is okay, don't know which airport she is sleeping, TYS or Houston. Scary!!!
