This complaint is a combined one with BROMOLITE and YOUR HEALTHY HUB. When I signed up for BROMOLITE, I unwittingly signed up for YOUR HEALTHY HUB, also, since it was not properly advertised on the main page information, but rather sneakily put in the terms and conditions. When I cancelled BROMOLITE, I thought I was done, but then I started seeing charges of $29.95 on my debit card, and found all this out. Admittedly, I didn't read the terms and conditions, as it is usually just legal jargon about what the company can and cannot do for me, and what I can or cannot do with my account. It ususually doesn't have anything in there about any companies I am signing up for without there being some mention of that company in the main information. It may be legal, but it is extremely dishonest and sneaky, and I think something should be done about it. Also, though BROMOLITE has the ability to add companies to the terms and conditions without notifying us in the main information, they do not have the ability to cancel accounts with those companies when you cancel the BROMOLITE. Not a good way to do business.
