Don't know where their company is. I'm in MA. Both PRICELIMBO ($8.51) and YOUR VIP FIT ($89.31) appear on my Chase bill, received today. Neither is familiar. They have the same phone number, but it doesn't answer now. I talked to someone at PRICELIMBO about a month ago who said it is a shopping service and I told him I'd have never knowingly joined such a thing. The man said he would remove the charge. He didn't. Chase said it appears these companies are in some way connected to Search Vitamins, who have now placed a charge on my account ($89.31, I think the Chase CS person said). I suspect they picked up my account through a vitamin sample I ordered of Acai or Green Tea.
