This is a online order shop for party items. Everything OK until you order. After our order was placed, we only recieved 2 out of 3 items (granted it was only worth 15 pounds) and an Email saying that the last item will follow. It has now been over a month, we tried to call them lots of times and the phone is automatically put on the busy signal and nobody ever picks it up on the other number. We have written to the shop on their online contact form and left lots of messages on the answering machines, but nobody ever called us back. So far the party is starting in 2 days, we did not get out party equipment ordered and did not get the money back (even if it is only £3.50 for the last item). We will keep on trying, but it is obvious that this company not only stole our money, but also provides the worst customer support I have ever received. Do not order from this website if you want to receive anything or at least get your money back.
