I opened my credit card bill the other day and found two charges that were unauthorized. Both were for yourusagrant. One was for $1.95 and the other was for $58.61. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The gave me a list of this to do. One was to contact the company and ask them to cancel my subscription. And to provide a written letter to the credit card company with a detailed description of my attempt to resolve the dispute and the cancellation number provided by yourusagrant and the date of the cancellation. Well, I went to their website, filed a cancellation with them. They (yourusagrant) sent me an email stating that I'm not in their database. Well, NO DUH! I don't know what to do now. All I know is that I want these charges of my card. As for a comfirmation email. Never received one.
