I was also riped off by this company. After only accepting to pay $1.95 they also took $58.61 illigally from my cc. I have called them and spoke to a representative who tells me My account has already been cacelled. I tell him I did so a while back now I get this amount taken from my cc. He continues to tell me it was explain in the agreement, at wthis point I tell him that only after you agree to the $1.95 is when you are able to read about the 7 days to cancelled and the $58.61.He then tell me some bs about how he can't refund any money because they are not able to do so by phone. He gives me this e-mail: [email protected] and tells me I have to send my request for refund there and that is the only way their company handle complaints. I have send them an e-mail and contacted my bank, the Better Buisiness Bureau and my lawyer. I am not going to sit by and let this people get away with scamming thousands of people and not answering to no one. Please if you have not done so already call or e-mail your situation with this company to the Better Buisiness Bureau and to the above email address, the more complaints the better chance to get something done.
