YR REF as above in your letter on 27 July you wrote to me to reimburse my hotel expense after i complained about an incidence at DUBAI airport i did sent my hotel receipt with my letter, not hearing from CUSTOMER AFFAIRS for sometime i faxed another letter and hotel receipt 0n 30 Oct 2008 but have not received any letter or reimbursement from you.
