Unknown charge

Checked my checking account online to check my statement and found a charge from someone named Z K assist. I didn't know who they were and I haven't used my card in weeks. I had to block my card and get a new one. I don't know how they got my number since I use a debit card. I researched about what was charged to my account and found out it is a diet product but read that there are others who are getting scammed as I have been scammed. Beware people or you might be next. Get protection on all your accounts ASAP!

Diet product

Received an automated message confirming the order I placed with them last evening for some diet product. Problem is I've never heard of them & haven't placed any order. Not sure if they have managed to clone my card details from somewhere but I'm worried this scam will leave me out of pocket. Needless to say the auto generated email came from a no reply site & the phone numbers they provide don't work.
