I was in an accident on 6 October 2009. My car was towed to Zambesi Auto, but I wanted to move it to another place, closer to my home to be fixed. A few days after I started to make arrangements, I got a call from Zambesi Auto who begged me to let them fix my car. I accepted and had hopes of getting my car back late November early December, only to hear of parts not in stock, and when asking when they would be done, they always promised me a date by the following week. I got a call telling me I can get my car on 12 December, only to receive another call on the 11th, telling me there is a new problem! When I contacted them on 7 January 2010, there was another new problem! We arranged for a courtesy car, which I have not yet received, after being promised one on the 7th. At this rate I wonder if I will ever get my car back!
