Gustavo Zamora, of Zamora and Associates has purchased our old domain containing our business name, Dabbagh and Assocaites, for the intent of driving traffic to his site using our good name. I have emailed Mr. Zamora requesting he not use our name in connection with his business. He responded by email statin that he would sell me our old domain name back for $10, 000.00.

This has resulted in confusion and frustration for both us and our clients.
How can I resolve this?
