These guys shipped my order quickly but... I opened the package and found out that they shipped me the wrong DVDs. I contacted their customer service - no answer. I ordered using pay pal so I emailed them through pay pal - no answer. Pay Pal dispute was worthless because I had received my order - how about the correct order? Does that count for something? I used CItibank credit card to pay for my order so I filled a dispute with them. Seller said they had shipped me the order. Again, how about the correct order? Does that count for something?
