They steal your luggage after shoping tours. Details:
We bought a tour from the Zani Viaggi company in Milan to Serravalle outlet. After shopping we wanted to take our luggage with us to the bus (one middle bag, the bus was half empty), but the driver insisted that we MUST put the luggage to the trunk or he wouldn't move so we had to do. When we came back to Milan, our bag wasn't in the trunk, it was stolen. The driver as like as managers of the company said what that's our problem and they have nothing to do with the fact of theft, they didn't even want to tell us where was the nearest police office. Of course, despite the fact that we gave them all necessary documents including sales slip, no compensation was paid to us.
I'm sure that stealing of luggage is a part of income of their drivers (thiefs give them part of income, kickback) and management of the company knows aboutthat and do nothing to save their reputation.
