This company took my order for glasses and promissed them in 3-5 days. No customer service contact info. When I traced the purchase at their site, it said shipping charged but no information and not applicable for status.

I have emailed 5 times and will cancel with my credit card. I recently found terrible review of this company with similar complaints.
