We have been trying now to make contact with Kobus, the rental agent, for a week, via telephone calls (that he promises to phone back, but never does) and via email, as we have to move to a new place and are interested in almost 5 places they have for rent. We have not heard anything from them, no response once so ever. It is incredibly frustrating for us. To what extent must we go to in order to do business with these people? If I had a choice at this stage, I would prefer not to work with them at all. I think it is very unprofessional the way we are being treated and I would not recommend their services to anyone in the future.
