I purchased two Zeno Hotspots at retail stores. I decided to use the $10 off promo that came with them to purchase a 3rd one directly from Zeno Corp. I buy online constantly & I was in IT for over 30 years so, I know how to use websites. When my attempt to use the promo failed & the error message did not relate to what I was doing, I contacted 'Customer Service' at Zeno through their website. I received a response that did not address my questions or communicate. When I asked for elaboration, I got the same info back w/words in all caps which is online shouting. I asked that my question be referred to some one else. I got an even more useless response. Not only does the promo not work as stated, 'Customer Service' is incompetent and very rude. I will not be buying this product again.
