Musicanarias wants to express a great OUTRAGE regarding our commercial relationship with the following USA company ZetaMusic System Inc.

Zeta Music System Inc, as far as we know, manufactures and distributes the Zeta branded musical instruments (electric and midi bow instruments, like violins, double basses, etc). We have bought them sporadicly in the last 8 years approximately without any relevant incidence.

Unfortunately, on the 30th of July, 2007, once we prepaid US $ 4, 737.00 for some instruments under invoice 52788, they only sent us part of the order we paid for. Until today, almost 3 years later and after several claims, we have not yet received the goods they owe us: 2 violins and 1 stand, which value is US $ 2, 112.15. Neither have we received the money back.
