I have been merchant with first data for 7 years. Well I would say they are little more expensive then Payment tech, but their services are the best.You can reach a operator any time of the day to talk about your problem. But on the other hand payment tech *** with their services. For instance a year back I had asked payment tech to enroll me for their online services where I could go and see the credit card translation.Initially I talked to a live person and then when ever I tired to reach him it kept on going on his voice mail and after a year I still do not have their services. I would rather pay $50 more a month to First Data and have peace of mind then leaving messages and having no reply.
