The Zhannas Cleaning staff was extremely courteous, polite, and accommodating when I called them - inspired by awesome reviews - to get our apartment clean in a very short notice. It is understandable that, given the short notice, they had to reschedule very near the time I had given then. They were sure to communicate this. Moreover, the cleaning crew did an absolutely awesome job and left the place sparkling and smelling nice.
