Young lady from Zhannas Cleaning cleaned our apartment. She was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. She showed up on time, cleaned all the areas we asked her to within the two hour time limit we imposed, and did extra details including dusting hard to reach places that other cleaners (including us) usually neglect and folding towels so beautifully, it feels like we are now enjoying a holiday in our luxury hotel, I mean home.

I started using Zhannas Cleaning back in January. We have a regularly scheduled appointment once a week. Zhannas Cleaning is great! Very reliable and even does laundry. Their cleaning lady comes on time and is trustworthy as we aren't home during the appt times. She leaves us notes when necessary but otherwise has done a great job with our 2bed/2bath apt.
