We placed a sample order of 100kg of glue sticks with CoCo from Zhejiang Jiande Manufacturing Tools Co. ltd (Benew tools). We paid the money into their account on the 12th May, sent the proof of payment through and they simply say they never received the payment. This is very odd as I was under the impression that companies on Ali Baba are safe to do business with.
