I have been speaking to Fred Penny every week since September regarding a pair of designer jeans that I ordered from the Zia Valence website... I saw these jeans when on holiday in Florida and couldn't believe my luck when I found them so cheap on this website. I ordered them around the 12th September 2008 and about 5-6 weeks later I received a pair of jeans, unfortunately they were the wrong ones. I spent another £5 returning the jeans and I have still not received the correct jeans. Each week I speak to Fred and he says the coming but they still haven't arrived, the last time I spoke to him just over 1 week ago, I asked for a full refund through paypay (this is how I paid).. I still have no refund and still no jeans... More than anything I would like the jeans... But if Fred can't deliver the goods a full refund is only fair... I'd like to believe Fred is genuine as he always answers the phone to me and tells me what I like to hear but I've not received the goods after 3 months so I can only believe now that he isn't...
