I purchased a belt from Zilli Handcrafted in Italy. I was e-mailed with the following: Due to the overwhelming demand at these prices, #0170BLK-34 Belt is temporary backorder. You have paid for this item and it will ship automatically upon receipt from Italy. We expect this item to ship within the next 2-4 weeks. i.e. as soon as it arrives from Italy. That was 08/24/2009 as of this complaint 10/01/2009 I have not received my purchase item. I called the company and talk to Tom Mantzel 09/29/2009 the President and owner he said he would get back to me also talked to April, Lia and Cherie. There has been no communications from him as of 10/01/2009. What are my options from this point on. Thanks
