I spoke with 3 different people from this company and each told me I could get a full refund if I cancel my account within a week. I called today and they told me I had to write them a letter and then wait 30 days to get my money, when that was never told to me I was told I could just call customer service, I never received any of the products they told me I would get and now they want to try not to refund my money. They told me this was in there rules as soon as I log onto there website I wasn't given the website until after my money was taken. This company has a "F" with the better business bureau and I would not recommend anyone to use their service. I can never get customer service to respond to any of my messages
