i bought a home from this realtor and my home has a faulty dangerous furnace and there is not a saafty inspection report for my furnace
there is a green tag on it and the phone number for the company dosent match anyones signature on it. make sure when u get a safty inspectionj report on your furnace it has the inspectors name printed and signed cleaqrly and the company s ledger report. there is none for my home. i had the furnace repairman here and he took the safty panel off the heat exchanger and there are 3 cracks in it. i have my attorney, hud, va where i got my loan from the city inspector. and a rep flying in from denver to get this taken care of. i have a homeowners policy and its limited.
and i thought i paid for the good one so read every piece of closing paperwork b4 u close esp the safty inspection on the hotwater tank furnace etc.
