I purchased a laptop from zippy laptop on the 19th of Oct. I did not have wireless connection where I was living. I moved in 2 weeks to my neices and she did not have wireless connection for another 2 weeks. I had really nice pictures I had taken and I put them on the laptop the day before Thangsgiven and edited them the night of thansgiven and the nest morning the com was dead. Nothing. I took it to zippy laptop the day it died and he said a dog had chewed my cord and it had shorted the com out. I do not have a dog. I told him to sell me the cd of my pictures and he could not do that. He was downloading my harddrive then he told me to get out of his store. told me the warr was up and he did not know my name but the warr was up. his name is steve lewis. please look into this for me. I paid 300 dollars for the com and used it two days. I told him please just give me my pictures. thats all I want.
